We learned last year how great it is to get away for the last weekend before going back to school, and decided to meet our friends Krista and Mike in Radium this Labour Day weekend. We had heard that the forecast was calling for rain and cold weather, but we were still able to get out and enjoy some of the fresh air in between MANY hours of catching up! We had not seen these two since the spring, and had some serious adventures to catch up on! We headed up on Friday night and talked into the wee hours of the night. We enjoyed a lazy morning on Saturday with a big breakfast and then went for a great walk around Radium. We worked through our photo slideshows from the trips we all took this summer, with a yummy dinner break! On Sunday, we headed for Invermere and hiked the ski hill, stopping at the top for lunch!
